Collectively, the Asset Management Industry is BlackRock’s largest shareholder: the outcome of the ballot will therefore be highly influenced by leading asset managers (i.e. Vanguard, Fidelity, State Street, Capital Group and several others)\n24. Leading global investors are in favour of the Chair/CEO separation\n25. The Asset Management industry is strongly in favour of it\n26. Certain Asset Managers favour a case-by-case approach (this is also Bluebell Capital Partners' approach) but the analysis is still driven by the same considerations outlined in support of our request\n27. Proxy Advisors (ISS, Glass Lewis) are also generally supportive of a split of CEO and Chairman roles\n28.
