      "text": "Vitesco trades in Germany. It was the Powertrain division of Continental AG that was rebranded in 2019 and spun out in September 2021 during COVID. The goal of the spin-out was to bring focus to nascent e-mobility solutions and electrified powertrains. Continental rebranded the division and spun it out to bring a more entrepreneurial, risk-taking culture. Vitesco is a European mid-cap stock and is essentially an orphan equity.
