As we understand, Mr. Seligsohn was recommended by another shareholder. While adding a new independent director to the Board is a step in the right direction, we believe his appointment was merely reactionary and an attempt to win the support of another shareholder in this election contest and likely would not have been done were it not for the pending contest. We welcome the appointment of Mr. Seligsohn but one new director will not be adequate to address the massive governance and performance issues at DSP and more change is required.",
