      "text": "As I reflected in our investor update 18 months in, we had largely built what we had set out to do. In the simplest terms, we wanted to build security into KYC flows. This would allow us to solve two issues at the same time for businesses, and give us the groundwork to make identity data portable. While we started providing UX as the means to vault the data, we realized onboarding was a real issue to solve. We also realized there was meaningful value to our customers to use our passkey from KYC for auth. It was an ambitious plan. In a saturated market with integrated vendors in critical paths, the sum of two parts did not matter. We had to build KYC and vaulting which were both better than industry leaders. We have done exactly that.",
