Our use starts with lead generation and ends with invoicing and financial document preparation.\nSAP and Weclapp were competitors, but Xentral was tailored to our eComm use cases.\nXentral is the biggest spend item of our software stack. If Slack and Front went away, we could substitute it with Google. If Asana went away, it would be more difficult, but our teams could still function. All of these systems could be turned off tomorrow except for Xentral and Google.\nXentral is our biggest spend item, and I can see us more than doubling spend, especially if they fix the time reporting feature.\nIt's not easy to rip out the solution, as it's so critical to all of our processes and is even integrated with our suppliers, manufacturing solutions (e.g. injection molding), etc.\nI'm very hopeful for Xentral's future roadmap. Even over the past two years, their functionalities expanded so much.",
