Delicious and healthy, made from a cashew and almond milk base and blended with various, locally sourced, fresh herbs, vegetables and spices. We don't use vegetable oils, soy, fillers, starches, or nutritional yeast. Most of our competitors have gone out of their way to not make cheese. We spend every waking moment, and a few sleeping hours, making actual cheese in the traditional way. The difference between Misha's and traditional cheese is that we use our own blend of cashew and almond milk instead of dairy milk. Everything else is just cheese. Our products are all lactose free, gluten free, paleo, keto, kosher pareve, organic and 100% vegan. We will be introducing our milk, and yogurt to the market soon.",
