      "text": "For a real estate security lending process, financial advisors were required to read/understand a detailed policy that outlined how to calculate the maximum lending value (MLV) for any property throughout the country based on Customer/Property Type and Property Proximity to Major city centers. Due to the ambiguity of the policy, financial advisers were spending 30 minutes, on average, with clients trying to determine the MLV. This process included opening Google Maps to determine the proximity of the property to major urban/urban locations and their process was often repeated by underwriters to ensure the validity of the classifications. As a Smart Form, built in under 2 weeks, the entire process has become an automated, 2 minute experience that prompts for the correct details and auto-calculates all of the lending values. As an added bonus, but standardizing the execution of the policy, the need for multiple teams to re-validate calculations was entirely eliminated.",
