      "text": "On 31 March 2023, an agreement was signed with TUI Global Hospitality Fund S.C.S. to sell Club Hotel CV, S.A. (Robinson Club Cabo Verde), consolidated in the Hotels & Resorts segment. The divestment was completed on 31 October 2023. The purchase price was €45.6 m. Of that amount, €44.8 m related to the settlement of intra-Group loans. The purchase price was paid on 31 October 2023. The divestment of the company resulted in the disposal of goodwill amounting to €2.5 m of the 'Robinson' cash-generating unit. Most of this deduction in goodwill (€2.3 m) had already been recognised in the previous year through reclassification to assets held for sale. At the time of the transaction in October 2023, the final calculation resulted in a further disposal of goodwill of €0.2 m. This transaction resulted in a gain on disposal of €1.0 m, carried under Other income.",
