      "text": "Our Corporate Governance\nBooking Holdings' Board of Directors (the “Board”) oversees the company’s sustainability strategy, with Board Committees overseeing certain topics as follows:\n\n> Corporate Governance Committee: Sustainability-related goals and progress;\n> Audit Committee: Sustainability and human capital metrics; and\n> Talent and Compensation Committee: Human capital management.\n\nAt the management level, we have a Sustainability Steering Committee comprised of senior leaders from each of our brands, which convenes quarterly. Selected members report directly to Booking Holdings' CEO.\n\nStakeholder Engagement\nOur approach takes into account feedback from a range of stakeholders. We seek to understand their perspectives and expectations to prioritize and address issues effectively. This includes stakeholders of our brands, who may provide market- or region-specific input.",
