This internal shift mirrors broader societal changes, demanding that you engage with a wider range of stakeholders both inside and outside your firm. Demographic trends, economic pressures and improved healthcare have created a multigenerational workforce, with each cohort shaped by distinct sociopolitical experiences. The attitudes of young men and women are polarising; young men are more conservative than young women.
