Thanks to the water bottles and dispensers, EY in Italy has managed to avoid the use of about 340,000 bottles and 300,000 plastic cups a year. EY in Italy has also eliminated plastic from meeting rooms and vending machines, dispensing only compostable cups and biodegradable plastic stirrers and has raised awareness among its stationery and catering suppliers to support the environment.
