It is because of their generous donation of time and effort that we can maximise our cost effectiveness and support so many young people. We want to continually grow the number of volunteers we work with and strongly encourage anyone who wants to support the next generation to get in touch. We place a particular focus on working with people from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, so there is an opportunity for everyone. We also want to ensure volunteering is a two-way experience. We do this by looking for new ways to help our volunteers increase their impact, and access the personal growth and development opportunities that come with working alongside our young people.",
