However, regulatory divergence from the EU is a concern (-6%), which could complicate cross-border business and impact future competitiveness. Similarly, there were concerns raised about the implications of Ireland not achieving its sustainability goals and the implications of this for investment. Despite some regulatory challenges, the sector is buoyed by a stable tax environment, with cross-border tax policies offering a net advantage (+10%).",
