In March 2016, we raised the Series A round of funding, which helped us build the basic infrastructure and payment mesh, and partner with a network of banks. This was followed by the Series B funding in July 2017, which was used for augmenting our global payment infrastructure, as well as developing new products and acquiring licenses in new markets like Malaysia, India, EU and the US. This funding was also used in boosting our employee strength. We acquired new talent in areas such as technology, marketing, customer service and compliance across all markets. In April 2019, we closed our Series C round, proceeds of which are being utilized to accelerate growth in existing and new markets, and support the launch of new products, including a card-issuing platform.",
