      "text": "The July 2018 EBA Guidelines on IRRBB substantially increase the rigour and sophistication required throughout the interest rate risk management process for the non-trading book. At the core of the guidelines is a stress testing framework centred around a set of 6 standardised curve shocks and a pair of risk metrics based on value and earnings (ΔEVE and ΔNII) which are to be used in the Risk Appetite Statement, the ICAAP and supervisory stress tests. This framework must be based on rigorous (behavioural) modelling which is subject to independent validation.",
