      "text": "pre-determined wellness challenges to a points-based model to give employees more time, choice, and ways to earn incentives. COVID-19, social unrest, and the U.S. political climate have taken a toll on our people's emotional health. We hosted focus groups with employees to learn more about their needs. As a result, we expanded the number of free counseling sessions offered by our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) from 8 to 12, and we worked with our provider to allow employees to select an EAP counselor based on gender, race, and diversity in specialty areas. We also broadened telehealth and tele-mental health services to employees and their family members, enabling access to quality care for those who may live in communities with limited providers. We are proud to report that more than 4,000 employees completed voluntary courses on Mental Health Awareness, Allyship, and Empathy and Conscious Communication.",
