To understand how well wealth management providers are meeting the needs and expectations of their customers, we conducted a survey of a cross-section of investors who varied by wealth level, age, gender, and location. We covered four regions, including APAC, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. By wealth level, the largest share comprised high net worth (39%), followed by mass affluent (23%). By age, the largest share was made up of Baby Boomers plus (40%), followed by Gen X (30%).",
