      "text": "Das diesjährige Operations-Effizienz-Radar findet für 2014 ein besonderes Umfeld vor – Stichwort \"Slow Growth\":\n- Die Märkte der TRIADE werden im kommenden Jahr nur langsam wachsen – Für Deutschland wird beispielsweise ein BIP-Wachstum von rund 1% erwartet\n- Die Emerging Markets wachsen zwar weiter, jedoch wesentlich langsamer, was für diese Regionen einem \"Slow-Growth\"-Szenario gleichkommt – Für China wird nach überwiegend zweistelligen Wachstumsraten in den letzten Jahren für 2014 beispielsweise von einem BIP-Wachstum von gut 6% ausgegangen\n- Für Unternehmen ergeben sich dadurch zwei Fragen:\n- Wie lässt sich in einem \"Slow-Growth\"-Szenario weiter profitabel wachsen?\n- Welches sind die Top-Hebel 2014 hierfür?\n- Nach unseren Erfahrungen ist es gerade in einem \"Slow-Growth\"-Szenario umso wichtiger, die Produkte anzubieten, die der Kunde wirklich will – Mit den richtigen Eigenschaften, zum richtigen Preis und zu minimalen Kosten\n- Für TRIADE-Märkte heißt dies vor allem evolutionäre Weiterentwicklung bestehender Produkte auf Basis produktwertorientierter Ansätze\n- Für Emerging Markets heißt dies revolutionäre Entwicklung neuer Produkte auf Basis frugaler Produktansätze (Fokus Low-End-Segmente)",
