Per the GHG Protocol, the emissions base year is subject to recalculation should a material change in total base year emissions be identified due to factors including but not limited to inorganic growth and a change in methodology. In fiscal 2023, we increased our significance threshold applied to base year recalculations to 5% from 2%. Refer to Note 4 for a description of changes in fiscal 2023 to our methodologies and presentation of Scope 3 emissions. Previously reported fiscal 2019 emissions have been recalculated to reflect these changes.",
