This report reflects our continued journey to respond to diverse, emerging sustainability reporting standards. We expect to continue to evolve our network reporting in both our approach and in the content over the coming years as the sustainability reporting landscape continues to take shape. In addition, we continue to enhance data insights within our network to identify and manage the complex matters we face. In the early sections of the report, we set out our approach to reporting, as well as an overview of our business model and value chain. The inclusion of our first materiality assessment identifies those sustainability topics that are considered to be most significant for our business. The report also sets out the governance we have in place to provide oversight of our sustainability matters and details our approach to the robust risk management we know is fundamental to sustaining the trust and confidence of our clients, regulators and stakeholders. Our climate transition plan can be found further within the report.",
