Another focus can be on millennials, who are the best-educated generation in history and are extremely tech-savvy. They have a significant amount to offer families grappling with issues such as digitalisation. They are global citizens and represent a rich source of solutions to the skills gap, given their experience and education. And here's an important point: part of legacy will be determined by the way in which family businesses encourage the next generation to be involved.",
