They recognise that they simply don't have the capability to use the data they have to make optimised decisions. It's not a lack of data — indeed the volume of data has expanded exponentially — or the inability to secure and protect it, and it's not the constraints of privacy regulation. CEOs point to the 'lack of analytical talent' (54%), followed by 'data siloing' (51%), and 'poor data reliability' (50%) as the primary reasons the data they receive is inadequate.",
