Women were more likely than men to say that they haven't sold any investments (82% for women v. 74% for men), and older investors were more likely to say they did not sell (67% among 18-34, 78% among 35-54, and 82% among 55+). Over 1 in 10 (14%) said they have sold 20% or less of their total investments, whereas the remaining 8% say they've sold more than 20%.",
