      "text": "Part 2: NGB Definitions\nSection A. Airport Authority.\nA Public Agency controlling a Public Airport. A Public Agency is a State or any agency of a State, a municipality or other political subdivision of a State, a tax-supported organization, or an Indian tribe or pueblo. Public Airport means an airport which is used for or to be used for public purposes, under the control of a public agency, and the landing area of which is publicly owned.\nSection B. Air National Guard.\nThe Air National Guard (ANG) means that part of the organized militia of the several States and Territories, Puerto Rico, and the District of Columbia, active and inactive, that:\na. Is an air force.\nb. Is trained, and has its officers appointed, under the sixteenth clause of section 8, article 1 of the Constitution.\nc. Is organized, armed, and equipped wholly or partly at federal expense.\nd. Is federally recognized (32 USC § 101).",
