Temporarily withhold cash payments pending: (1) Your correction of the deficiency. (2) Our taking more severe remedies. b. Disallow (that is, deny both use of funds and any applicable cost-sharing or matching credit for) all or part of the cost of the activity or action not in compliance. c. Suspend or, in accordance with section C.1.a.i. of this article, terminate NGB CA awards, in whole or in part (suspension of an award is a separate and distinct action from suspension of a person under 2 CFR parts 180 and 1125, as noted in Section B.3 of this article). d. Withhold further awards to you for the project or program that is not in compliance. e. Take any other action legally available to us under the circumstances.",
