(\"McKinsey\") is renegotiating its U.S. General Services Administration (\"GSA\") schedule contracts with the GSA and has agreed through a bilateral modification that during such contract renegotiations, McKinsey will refrain from accepting new awards under its GSA schedule contracts. McKinsey's agreement with GSA to refrain from accepting new GSA contract awards does not affect McKinsey's ability to accept this contract modification as this contract is not issued as an order under our GSA Schedule Contracts. In recognition of this critical time, we have developed new philanthropic prices for all U.S. public sector work directly related to the response to, and recovery from, COVID. This applies only to COVID-specific work and is not applicable for scopes of work that do not directly relate to COVID. For the proposed scope of work hereunder, we will be offering the NJ EDA our COVID-only team bundle structure, that is distinct from our commercial team structure, and includes focused research, analytics, and content specialists dedicated to the COVID response, recovery, and mitigation.",
