The information McKinsey seeks to protect is excepted from public release under New Jersey's Open Public Record's Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 (\"OPRA\"). In the event of a request for release of McKinsey's response to the RFQ, the information McKinsey proposes to redact is listed in the attachment hereto as Exhibit 1. Upon request, McKinsey is prepared to provide the State with the proposed redactions as made to the actual documents.",
