      "text": "The University shall have access to and the right to examine any pertinent books, documents, papers, and records of the Consultant involving transactions and work related to this Agreement until the expiration of five years after final payment hereunder; provided, however, such access shall be in accordance with Consultant's Professional Standards policies and not conflict with Consultant's third party obligations. The Consultant shall retain critical project records for a period of five years from the date of final payment. The University will use commercially reasonable efforts to avoid disrupting Consultant's operations during the examination. Any examination will be conducted during regular business hours with 7 days prior written notice and shall be at the University's sole expense.",
