In addition, Bain will assign one incremental consulting resource to the team to ensure successful delivery of the engagement. This incremental resource will be assigned at no cost to UC Berkeley for the duration of the diagnostic phase. The Manager will be responsible for project execution and managing the team on a day-to-day basis.
