      "text": "III. COMPENSATION AND PAYMENT OF EXPENSES\nA. University's obligations for payment of Consultant's services are as follows:\n1. Bain support during Phase I will be billed at $500,000 per month, and shall not to exceed $3,000,000 plus projected related expenses (billed at cost). Fifty percent (50%) of monthly fees for Phase I ($250,000 per month) will be deferred until July 1, 2010. All deferred fees will be paid in full on or before July 1, 2010.\n2. Depending upon the level of support selected by the University for Phase II and Phase III, Bain resources will range from advisory support -- provided without charge for an agreed period of time -- to support by one or more consulting teams. The descriptions of the optional levels of services for Phase II and Phase III are found in Exhibit A Statement of Work. Consulting teams will be resourced as in Phase I at the same monthly team rate ($500,000 per team per month). Total professional fees for Phase II shall not exceed $6,000,000 and fees for Phase III shall not exceed $2,000,000.",
