The parties acknowledge that the University, in selecting the Consultant to perform the services hereunder, is relying upon the Consultant's reputation for excellence in the performance of the services required hereunder. The Consultant shall perform the services in the manner of one who is a recognized specialist in the types of services to be performed. All deadlines set forth in the Agreement are binding and may be modified only by subsequent written agreement of the parties.
