At the same time, more and improved ICT infrastructure are also needed from a cybersecurity perspective. Despite the rise in cyber dependency and the growth in the number and sophistication of cyber-attacks in recent years, there is a lack of investment in appropriate cybersecurity measures, leaving many critical infrastructures exposed.",
