In FY22, we set an intention globally to have women hold 33 percent of leadership roles by 2025 (which includes KPMG firm partners and directors). Since then, we achieved gender parity across our Global Management Team and women in leadership roles across our KPMG firms increased from 26.1 percent (1 October 2020) to 29.4 percent as of 1 October 2023.
