And, as can be seen in the top-right graph, more than 20% of German participants expect that Agile is not applied within three years whereas this is on average only 4%. Interestingly, the expectations for Agile in selected functions, at scale and at enterprise follow the total average. In Germany, one third of responses show that no project management framework or method is used, and only one third of responses show that primarily Agile frameworks are used. The demand-supply vs. value-based graph follows the total average, but the value stream/product model is not applied yet. Two-thirds of German participants state that their employees are somewhat (neutral) or ready for an Agile way of working.",
