      "text": "Christoph joined Goldman Sachs' board of international advisors in 2015 with a particular focus on business development in Germany. He started his career at Goldman Sachs in 1994, with the responsibility to build the public sector business of the firm, including the privatization, structured finance and debt finance business in Germany. From 2008 to 2014 Christoph served as Chairman Investment Banking Germany, focusing on public sector clients, industrial clients and family enterprises. Christoph was named managing director in 2004 and partner in 2010. Christoph is shareholder and vice chairman of the supervisory board of the German family-owned white goods manufacturer Miele & Cie, and a member of the Advisory Board of the Harvard Business School. He also serves as treasurer of the Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation. Christoph graduated with a state exam in Law and a doctorate in Law from University of Göttingen and subsequently an MBA from Harvard Business School.",
