      "text": "The Xicheng district in China has a population of more than 1 million and is home to 500 fragmented medical institutions. Its mission is to establish a healthcare management system that facilitates fast, automated and quality healthcare services throughout the treatment lifecycle. The district created systems and standards to streamline the medical care delivery process and provided a platform to integrate patient and medical information to create unified healthcare management system. With the new health management system, healthcare services have been evenly distributed among health facilities so that citizens can obtain healthcare services in their local community, rather than going to central hospitals even for minor illnesses. An integrated healthcare management system across the Xicheng district provides speedy and less expensive delivery of care.",
