Marketing leaders report that they are most likely to show an impact on employee retention (3.9) and employee attraction (3.7). B2B Services report the highest returns in these areas (4.4 and 4.0 respectively). Considering industry sectors, Education (5.0), Professional Services (4.7), and Technology (4.6) lead for employee retention. Customer outcomes—acquisition, retention, and sales growth—have not yet materialized and an impact on stock returns lags far behind (2.1).",
