Logically, any worker with internet access will have access to public Generative AI tools and could be using them without their employer’s consent—potentially leaking sensitive data and intellectual property into public LLMs in an entirely uncontrolled way. This status is likely to continue in the absence of practical policies for allowing and managing widespread Generative AI access.",
