The foreigner-applicant must be an executive of the applicant-company. 04. 9(D) Treaty Traders Visa - A non-immigrant visa that foreign nationals whose countries have a bilateral trading agreement or treaty with the Philippines can avail of. 05. Special Work Permit (SWP) - For assignments that are not more than six (6) months. Must be concurrent with a valid tourist/business visa. 06. Provisional Work Permit (PWP) - Issued to foreigners who have to work pending the issuance of their actual work visa. 07. Special Temporary Permits (STP) - For Temporary Practice of Profession by Foreigners applying for registration with or without examination. This permit applies to foreign professionals looking to practice a profession in the Philippines under reciprocity or international agreements. This also applies to foreigners who will be engaged as consultants in foreign-funded, joint venture, or foreign assisted projects of the government or professionals who are to be employed by local or foreign private firms or institutions.",
