The result was better data-driven decision-making and optimized workflow processes, which enabled innovation, differentiated customer experiences and enhanced employee productivity. For example, the operations and analytics teams built an AI-powered engine to offer customers self-service digital options and services tailored to their individual needs. Using on-demand cloud, analytics and ML, DBS also digitized and simplified credit processing and optimized credit portfolios for risk management by anticipating future events, which improved response times and increased competitive advantage.24",
